PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Products received without authorization will not be processed.
1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please create an account and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
3. We will review your request within 2 business days, do not send your item(s) until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.
4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.
5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
We recommend you keep your packaging for ease of shipping.
The Customer shall be responsible for all shipments to Stimare and shall bear all the costs and risks associated with this transport.
Important Note: Diagnostic Fee Policy
All items returned for inspection are subject to a diagnostic assessment fee of £99 (UK) or €119 (EU), plus VAT and return shipping. If you approve a repair, this diagnostic fee will be deducted from the final repair invoice. If no manufacturing fault is found (“No Fault Found”) or you decline the quoted repair, the diagnostic fee and return shipping remain payable, and your item will be returned once settled.
Items covered by a valid warranty and found to have a warrantable defect will not be charged a diagnostic fee.
